At Vape Office UK, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund. After 1 hour, cancellations may not be possible as the order could already be processed or dispatched. For subscription services, you can cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that any payments already processed for the current period are non-refundable.
