Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following details regarding our delivery process:

  • Delivery Service: Orders may be shipped via Royal Mail or DPD. Tracking details will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

  • Tracking: All orders are fully tracked. You will receive a tracking reference to monitor the status of your delivery.

  • Dispatch Time: Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days(excluding weekends and bank holidays). 

  • Delivery Window: Deliveries may arrive between 7 AM and 7 PM. A signature may be required upon receipt. The delivery timeframes depend on the courier service selected and may vary based on the courier’s schedule and current conditions.

  • Missed Deliveries: If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a calling card or send a text/email with instructions for parcel collection.

  • Bank Holidays: Deliveries are not made on bank holidays. Orders placed on or just before a bank holiday will be processed within 2 working days.

  • Courier Delays: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to courier-related issues. In such cases, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue, though refunds may not always be possible.

We offer various shipping options to meet the needs of our customers. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse located in the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping Eligibility:

  •  Enjoy free shipping on orders over £39.99(for regular-priced products).

For orders below these thresholds, standard shipping fees will apply, which will be calculated at checkout.

Sale/special Products:

  • Orders containing sale products are not eligible for free shipping and will incur standard shipping charges.


Return Policy

At Vape Office UK, we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return an item, please refer to the following guidelines:

Accidental Orders:

  • Notification: You must notify us within 14 days of the purchase date if you wish to return an accidental order.

1.Cancellation Before Dispatch: If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can arrange a cancellation and refund without any additional charges.

2.Return After Dispatch: If the order has already been dispatched, you may return the item under the following conditions:

  • Return Condition: The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return the goods.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using recorded delivery, as Vape Office UK is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

Damaged Goods:

 

  • Notification: If you receive damaged goods, please contact us within 24 hours and provide photographic evidence of the damage.
  • Return Period: Damaged goods must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

Faulty Goods:

  • Fault Notification: You can report faulty goods within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Resolution: If the item is found to be faulty, we offer a refund within the first 14 days of purchase, or a replacement item if preferred. If the product is no longer available, a refund including postage fees will be provided, or an exchange for an alternative product can be arranged.
  • Non-Faulty Goods: If the item is found not to be faulty (e.g., wear & tear or accidental damage), you will be liable for any return shipping costs.

Return Process

  2. Return Packaging: Securely package the item along with a copy of the returns form.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5 working days. In some cases, we may request additional details (e.g., bank account number) to process the refund.
